Hi,
We have an experience cloud page on which we have embedded Qualtrics Iframe for the quizzes and feedback.
the user journey is like this:

  • The user starts the quiz.

  • User Clicks on Submit Button(Inside the Iframe)

  • With a click of submit button, all the scoring of the quiz and data transfer happens from Qualtrics to Salesforce.

  • Now, we have a button on the outside of the Iframe called "Proceed" to just to check if data have been posted to salesforce or not, based upon that button click we are also redirecting the user to another salesforce LWC page for the option of downloading a certificate and then for the feedback.

Now as the button floats every time when the user is there on that page that's the weird issue we are facing, apart from that how we can achieve this without a custom button in salesforce.

Any ideas, comments, or posts will be helpful for us.

Curious. Is the response tied to that user in Salesforce and recorded on an object related to them?
We are researching similar uses but haven't come up with an idea yet, yours intrigued me. We would like to capture X and O data related to a work-item completed by a user within one form. Although most of the data can be used in SF, we also need the X data recorded in Qualtrics. If that can be embedded efficiently instead of redirecting them it would be convenient.
