I have a question about the .qsf file that is created when a Qualtrics survey is exported. When a survey is exported the .qsf file contains all the information regarding the questions, flow ,skip logic etc....
However, I noticed that when a survey contains reference surveys or reference blocks, those items are simply shown by a library ID and reference ID, the questions themselves are not in the .qsf file. Does this mean if I tried to upload the survey to a qualtrics platform that didn't have a reference library it would not be able to read my survey? Is there a way to access the question information from right within the .qsf file? Or is there a way I can export the reference survey /block straight from the library so I will have one .qsf file with the survey flow and another with the question information from the library.
