I would like to create an inventory tracking form. I wanted to make use of Quotas to track the total number of items when they are returned/loaned. Is there any way to decrease the quota?

You can manually edit and refresh quotas. Or you can make new quota for returns.
Is there a way to automate this rather than manually editing it?
