Record random number presented in default choice for slider question

I have a set of such questions which require respondents to give probabilities and the sliders are summed to a 100.

How do I record the random default value of the slider that is presented to the respondent. I tried using the code here: 

 but I ended up with the right hand side labels in my embedded data.
