I am currently working on automating the retrieval of survey responses to Qualtrics through their API. However, I am encountering an issue where the responses are being duplicated. Are there any methods or best practices within Qualtrics to prevent or remove duplicate responses? Any guidance or suggestions to resolve this duplication issue would be greatly appreciated. Hi @Firdaus , To eliminate duplicate responses, there isn't a predefined field or automated method available. You would typically export response data and manually filter it based on Response ID and IP address. Even when utilizing the Qualtrics API, it's necessary to include the Response ID for identifying duplicates. At the survey level, preventing duplicate responses involves distributing unique survey links, ensuring each respondent submits only once. Furthermore, integrating a CAPTCHA in your survey can deter automated bots from submitting multiple responses..
