Repeat Labels in Long Matrix

Hello All, I currently have a long matrix question. I have repeated the headers for each item, but would also like to repeat the anchor labels (e.g. "not important at all" and "extremely important" - see photo for example). I would like to repeat the labels every 5 questions, or some quantity that I can specify. Does anyone have a javascript solution to achieve this? Thanks in advance!!

    click on repeat header and select "All" it will repeat for each statement. !

    Hi Rock, I currently have repeat headers on, they are the numbers above each radio button. I would like to repeat the labels.
