Report only unanimous responses to users

I need to create a survey in which:

1. Users anonymously answer questions with 'agree' or 'disagree'


2. After a set number of users have responded, users can see only whether (a) all respondents agree (b) all respondents do not agree, but not the breakdown of responses (e.g., 80% agree, 20% disagree)
