Revealing information after answering question and allow a 2nd answer | XM Community

Hi-
I'm trying to create series of survey question that each have 3 parts:

  1. Asks respondent to rate an item

  2. Once it is rated, reveal/display the average for when that item was last used (not from a question in the survey, piped in). This should not be shown until they have answered question 1.

  3. Then, gives them the opportunity to reconsider their rating and change their answer.

Currently I have the series of questions in a metrics and would like to add parts # 2 & #3 in the columns to the right of the original response. I would also like to keep the answers to part #1 & #3.
I'm not sure if this is possible. Thanks for your help.

You could do it with two questions, but they would have to submit the first question. And then you just ask them again. One benefit, it would allow you to see if they changed their original response. I assume you want to show it when they selected it and not when they submit it. I assume there is something you could do with some in page display logic.
Like so? https://feedback.digikey.com/jfe/preview/SV_ac0AsYPXSp3Fs7I?Q_CHL=preview&Q_SurveyVersionID=current
