I am collecting data for the Qualtrics survey questionnaire. However, when I checked some responses, it looks like the questions are not skipped based on 'yes' or 'no' answers. In fact, both the questions are shown irrespective of 'yes' or 'no' answers.
When I checked through the questionnaire, it works well but not for the respondents. What could be the issue? Please advise!
Skip question based on 'yes' and 'no' answer

You can check for the following things:
- If the survey was published after the logic was set or not
- If the survey has skip logic based on yes or no and not yes and no
- If the respondent has clicked on the link before the skip logic was set
