Sound plays twice

Hello everyone,
For some reason after I added the autoplay in HTML, the audio files in the questionnaire are played twice. I will note that the problem occurs not only in the preview but also in the live survey itself. Maybe someone has an idea why this is happening? That's the HTML code:

Hi,
Not sure why it is playing twice, it is is only playing one time on my end. It could be worth trying to remove the autoplay part altogether and use a 1 millisecond delayed start so that it is essentially autoplay. I've had success with the below:


Be sure to test it out with live links as preview links may not work properly. Hope this helps!
