If we have a static theme, but a user has requested to see it in dark mode/theme how would you change that or is that possible within Qualtrics?

Within the themes tab, you could try clicking “background” and changing the background color to a dark color. I don’t think there’s a specific button though that you can just click to change it to a dark mode.
