If you have embedded the survey via Qualtrics creative. I believe it is working as expected

I'm currently using custom JavaScript code to display the intercept slider, and my intention is for the survey to appear after a visitor has been on the page for 150 seconds. However, I'm encountering an issue where the survey does not automatically appear after the specified time. The user has to refresh the page for the survey to show up. I would greatly appreciate any solutions you might have for this issue.

Additionally, I have set up a custom rule in the directory. According to this rule, if a contact from the directory is shown another intercept within a span of 90 days, the intercept will not be displayed to that individual again.

@kanupriya003 If I am understanding correctly, you are using deployment code with JS to display after 150 seconds. Why not apply this as targeting logic?
