Hi everyone! It's my first post and I'm using the translator.
We are having a problem with the "Text Response" section of the Tickets. With the latest Qualtrics update, it does not read the HTML code. So the message arrives but not with the desired format that we use in the company.

I hope someone could help us please. Thank you!!
