 Hi all,

 

This is just an observation and something that I don’t believe is documented clearly in the Qualtrics support pages.  I’ve also had a reply from the Qualtrics support team on this but as of yet they haven’t decided if they are going to fix it(!).

 

If you use a task in a workflow which creates a field with a bracket or parenthesis in , it can’t be used in the email task.  The recommendation is not to use brackets in the name of a field.  Wise words!  :D

Showing below that in the resultant Email the Created_Date_(DT_only) does not show up in the email but the ‘Result’ from the code task does.  I can confirm that removing the brackets from the field name then lets the fields show up in the email.
