Tracking the respondents' behavior of clicking a provided link | XM Community

Hello all,
We are working on a survey using Qualtrics and were hoping to have some assistance. One feature we want to implement within our survey is using a trackable URL (seeing whether or not a survey taker clicked on a link or not). We have some links about this but are unsure exactly what it means since none of the team members are extremely familiar with Qualtrics. I'm attaching some links to forums we've found pertaining to this inquiry as well. Hopefully, that will make it clear exactly what we are trying to do.
