Using HTML in the post survey response email

Also, there have been cases when Outlook/Gmail show direct HTML of the email. So, if you would want to check that.

I've also tried just building it in the trigger template bit too, just to see if that would make a difference. Again, no joy.

But when you try to insert it into your workflow under the survey project, it does not render and comes out blank/just the code.
Is the Graphics library material and the survey project created using the same Qualtrics user and with the same level of rights and access in Qualtrics?
Have you tried sending a test email to yourself to see what it actually looks like when it comes out the other end? :)

I have tried many test emails to myself, using different email addresses in case it made a difference.
