I'm trying to set up a tool that can be used by staff working at an Info Center to determine the number of questions received. I would like to know if others have used Qualtrics for something similar?

Now, I am trying to collect more granular info for some of the categories, but I don't want the user to have to scroll a lot to complete it since they handle questions at a fast pace. I was interested in using code to expand/collapse the sections that will have subcategories, but I'm not sure how to do that...
