We have a web intercept using the simple layout and want our matrix question to appear as a grid, but it is instead appearing with the accordion layout even on a desktop. The ‘mobile friendly’ option is unchecked. Is there some sort of JavaScript/CSS that could force the grid style?

Same issue here! (see screenshot) on the left is nps, works perfectly but the matrix refuses!
