Webservice GET API call data pipe text

Hi everyone,

We are using a Web service task, GET API call to receive customers’ data. The structure of the data we receive looks like:

I would like to use the some of the data for each contact above using piped-text and then probably an XM Directory task to add the contacts and distribute a survey to them. How can I refer to the data above?
