I have several leaders who oversee 360 interactions but also receive tickets for CX surveys.
I set up the CX ticket link via piped text that gets sent out via email. The issue is that when they click on the link (or copy/paste into a new tab) they automatically end up on their 360 leadership landing page. They can access their tickets but it's a bunch of extra clicks, they have to click on their profile, click on account settings, then click on the hamburger menu, then click tickets.
I want to make it easy and seamless so that when the ticket email comes in they click on the link and are taken directly to that ticket, not having to click in 5 other places and then search for that specific ticket. I've removed the link and repiped it, this is happening across multiple users and several survey ticket triggers.
