I am creating a dashboard for Q cable survey. ( part of XM certification project)
On the course page, here is the instruction to create a bar chart. Could someone please simplify it for me?
Add the following widgets to the Manager Scorecard page:
- A bar chart that compares the average satisfaction score for this manager’s team to the department. Build this chart by creating two metrics that display the average satisfaction score.
- On the first metric, navigate to the filters tab and add a filter based on the Employee Hierarchy field. Select the Fixed Level option, then select Manager. This bar will now display the score just for agents that report to this manager.
- On the second metric add a similar filter, but select the Unfiltered option after selecting Employee Hierarchy. This metric will display the total department score.
- If you select a manager in the page-level employee hierarchy filter, you will see a difference between the bars. Change the label of each metric to more closely describe what the bar represents.
