Since the system treats any edit to a ticket follow up question as a new question, I am having a hard time trying to combine the old data results with the new data results coming in after the edit. It was a simple typo in a word but it needed to be fixed but now everything on the dashboard is reporting based on the "New" question since I remapped it. Is there a "thinking outside the box" way of combining the old data results with the new ones coming in?
