Hello I am trying to provide my users with a quick way to review all of our different areas and show if an area is doing better or worse on an average Rate 0-10 Experience Score on a CX dashboard.
- At present, I have a table (see image below) which is showcasing each area and displaying them based on a colour scheme I set up
- I already have filters at the top of the dashboard which allow the user to sort by survey end date but then the user needs to look though the numerous areas and compare
What I would want is another column or 2 that shows how each area is progressing/falling behind on a monthly, or quarterly, or yearly basis.
- I would rather not use the gauge or number widget with a filter on each one as there are over 300 areas to track and trend and base don my digging, the Heatmap is a EX widget.
