@Greenhaba Metric in the equation is similar to Widget Metric Building Widgets (CX) (qualtrics.com). There’s no Datasets here. Please tell me exactly what are you trying to accomplish here so I can help

Datasets from Dashboard Data aren’t options when choosing metrics in Custom Metrics. Anyone have thoughts on what I missed?

 

You can’t use a custom metric field again in custom metric section.

• Nam Nguyen I am trying to build Custom Metrics. There are no options from the DataSet from the survey. There are no options under Custom Metrics to choose.

I figured it out! Needed to grab it by Average to open list from DataSet.

Oh yeah, “Count” doesn’t give you the option to select a field, you need to count with filter if you want it to be specific.

Other metrics give you the option. Hope this helps
