Hi everyone! Does anyone know if it is possible to hide or disable the Text IQ button in a CX Dashboard? I've already prevented end users from editing the topic rules using Roles capabilities on the dashboard level, but users can still access Text IQ, tho. Any ideas on how to manage this? Perhaps through User Types?

I think you need to contact support to disable for your brand. 


@joao.donzelli If you already turned off edit for end users, they can still access Text-iQ tab but unable to edit it (You can try to proxy login to an end user account to test it). If the topic rule got messed up, it means someone else with editing permission did it.
