For an annual survey, I have created a dashboard that pulls in data from each survey for the last 5 years.

I would like to create a widget that shows the result of a formula, such as [% very satisfied - % very dissatisfied], or NPS (without using the NPS question format in the survey). It would be great if I could have the results in a table, since I want to track the results over several years. 

How can I create widgets that display the result of formula calculations?
