Email Dashboard csv stopped getting all record details | XM Community

Hi,
I'm very new to Qualtrics so would really appreciate some help figuring out this.
I had a weekly schedule Email Dashboard that would send all survey record details (responses) in csv format. Has been working for months.
Just yesterday, it no longer provided all the record details but just aggregated numbers (overview) of the dashboard. The dashboard is aggregated numbers, however, the dashboard itself has not changed at all.
From the dashboard itself, if I Export-Download dashboard, select csv then I do get the details. So, why the Email Dashboard changed behaviour?
I don't know if something changed with the system configuration, setting or is it a Qualtrics upgrade to cause this change? Any ideas?

Same has happened with me yesterday! But in my case, everyone in the DL got a blank report.
We are sending this report from past few months and this is the first time someone had an issue.


The report is working again. I noticed the dashboard filters had changed from the original filters that were set for the report. I made sure all the filters were set back to the original and it's working now as it was before the issue.
