Has anyone explored the new Enriched Data in TextiQ for Emotions & Effort? | XM Community

Hey community,

I am excited to see the latest additions to TextiQ functionality released last week to add in emotions and effort.  I am curious to see if anyone else has updated their TextiQ with these and how have you found these new metrics/tagging so far?

We have some users who export data, so even if we don’t display these new tags - they will discover them in the export.  We already have actionability; which has had mixed reception in the tagging and generated a fair bit of questions - even though we don’t proactively present it.

I am keen to update our data set to see these new tags, just thought I would check to see how others may have gone with this just before enabling it. Any issues or things to be aware of? 

 

 

@ScottG How did you see those new tag. I’ve heard about it but only seen actionability in the rawdata. No UI update yet.

@dxconnamnguyen I noticed it first in last weeks product release notes Weekly Product Release Notes - September 27, 2023 | XM Community (qualtrics.com and the option to update our data set with these enhancements is presented as a banner across the top of our Text iQ with the message  “Get deeper insights by adding emotion and effort to your data set. Update your data set”

 

Looks easy to add; albeit as per my original comment haven’t done so ourselves just yet.  Believe any projects built moving forward is meant to have this data enabled by default, message only appears on existing Text iQ libraries.  It’s also only available to those with Advanced Text iQ; which I believe if you can see actionability you have access to.

We have been working with a client and are utilizing the emotions part of it. It really provides additional insights into the emotions but it would be good to understand how we can make this data actionable or if you have thought about what sort of insights can be identified from this data.
