Hi,
I made a small change to my dashboard data (changed the mapping of 3 fields in one datasource).
The dashboard has been re-indexing for about an hour now, and still shows 0% complete…
Is this a normal timing? Or is this long and should I contact support? :)
My dashboard does have a total of 53 datasources though (multiple touchpoint surveys, and a test-environment copy survey for each touchpoint as well). But I didn’t read on https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/dashboard-data/saving-dashboard-data-edits anything about limits to the nr of datasources or impact on the re-index times…
