How long should Dashboard reindex take? | XM Community

Hi,

I made a small change to my dashboard data (changed the mapping of 3 fields in one datasource).

The dashboard has been re-indexing for about an hour now, and still shows 0% complete…

Is this a normal timing? Or is this long and should I contact support? :)

My dashboard does have a total of 53 datasources though (multiple touchpoint surveys, and a test-environment copy survey for each touchpoint as well). But I didn’t read on https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/dashboard-data/saving-dashboard-data-edits anything about limits to the nr of datasources or impact on the re-index times…

@JoycaV It generally takes time to re-index the dashboard after some changes, as you've mentioned it has total 53 data sources. So definitely it will take time.


Even when I have 1-3 data sources, it takes an unreasonably long time to reindex.
