Hi Folks , 

 

I want to calculate the percentage of people who opned the survey invite email but didnt finish the survey . Can someone help with the formula please ?

Hello @priyanka_aggarwal, 

To create a custom metric for Abandonment/Partial responses, follow these steps:
1. Calculate the metric as: Abandonment/Partial responses = Total survey started - Total survey completed.
2. When adding the widget in Metrics, select "Percentage" as the option to display the metric as a percentage. See the screenshot below for reference:
