I have 5-scale point matrix with 5 statement. I created field group and can show average for individual statements.
But i want to understand how we can calculate average for entire matrix.
How to calculate average for matrix question

My first thought would be to use scoring in the survey options, You can pipe in needed values in EDs if needed.

It can probably be done with custom metrics directly in the dashboard tho.

Look into Customer Metrics - you can create one where you add all the values in and divide by # of responses * # of questions

Create field group and average will be average of entire field group.
