How to get response rates for each survey (pop-up and emailed surveys)? We have the response rates in the distribution funnel for the surveys that we emailed but we can only see the click-through rates in the summary tab for the pop-up surveys. Is there a way to include the pop-up survey statistics in a similar dashboard like the distribution funnel?

How can we know which response rates target to set? (Do we do it by industry, by historical data, by platform, by business application, by customer segment like B2B or B2C, etc.?)

Hello, you can create a custom metric on the dashboard - 

pCount filtered by Finished = TRUE ] / Count]
