How to hide or remove old dashboards that are not yours but you have acces to (as a participant) | XM Community

Hi!
We use a lot of surveys to let students subscribe to dates of dinners and hotel stays. Members of our organizational team need to have acces to the dashboards on those surveys. They get access to each course dashboard as a participant (shared via distribution) to view the data, but can't seem to remove their access themselves. So they get an abundace of dashboards in their environment. As an admin it is not possible to see an overview of who is connected to which (old) dashboard. We don't want to delete those dashboard for management purposes. Is it possible to create an option to stop showing a shared dashboard? Kind of like Google Drive has the option to hide shared files? For now we have told the team to move the older dashboards into a folder called 'old' or 'archive', but that's just a workaround.

You can use roles in order to restrict users in bulk such that a particular user can view only the dashboards which are enabled to be viewed for them by the admin
