Dear all,

I have a table with two columns, i.e. organization code and organization name, then wondering how I can refer to the table to pull the organization name by its corresponding organization code.

I have created a multiple selection type question with dropdown list and imported organization code from the table. Ideally when a survey participant selects an organization code, then its corresponding organization name will be displayed in the next question (I’m planning a text entry question). 

Could anyone kindly advise how I can implement this? Thank you for your help in advance!
