Key Drivers Widget (Pearson Vs Relative Importance) | XM Community
Skip to main content

Hi,

I created a key drivers widget. The outcome metric was the NPS score. And the key drivers are a set of questions that are part of matrix table (each of them mapped as numeric field in source mapping). When I try to use the analysis method as Pearson, it shows output. But when I try to create Relative importance for same set of outcome and driver metric, it shows UNEXPECTED ERROR.

I read in the link : https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/other-widgets/key-driver-widget/

that Relative importance doesn’t support measure group. Since my driver metrics are all part of matrix table, it is getting considered as measure group and hence not showing output ? If yes, how can I perform Relative importance analysis ?

Thanks in advance.

@Neha Tank Have you try mapping & adding those statement invidually?

I created a fresh dashboard and added a page just for this widget with same source as the actual dashboard. I added all those questions as NUMBER SET and it works fine. However, when I crosschecked in actual dashboard, the source setting shows the same. So I am not sure what is it that I am missing. My prior understanding was wrong that these fields were part of measure group. They are actual questions with NUMBER SET type in both dashboards.

@Neha Tank Do you have any filter on the page or the widget?

How many response do you have with this dashboard?
