Lock filter for an embedded field in CX Dashboard with BLANK

Hi,

I have an embedded field in underlying survey (datasource) of a CX dashboard that I have added in CX dashboard data. I would like to set a page filter against this field such that I can see only those records that has BLANK value in that field. And I would like to lock the filter.

Since it is a newly added field, there is no data in yet and hence no value list appears in filter.

Kindly suggest how can I do it.

Hi @Neha Tank You can try advanced filters available in the dashboard where you can compare a value by “doesn’t / equal(s),” “doesn’t / contain(s),” and “is / is not empty.”

Another option is to go into your survey, filter for blanks, and bulk update that field value to “Blank” or “Unknown”.

Thanks @omkarkewat , it worked fine. @InessaG , there might be data coming in future with blank. So I couldn’t use the option.
