Overdue Tracking | XM Community

Hi Team,
I know I can track "duration" it takes for my customers to complete the survey but how do I track "overdue" distributions?
ie: if I send 100 invites I would like to know whom responds within a set time period from distribution (3 days and under) vs over the allowed time period.
Thanks
Patrick

One of the way is to use report and create line chart on Recorded Date.

applogies Ron, i should have clarified it will not be sent as a once off list so the distribution dates will be dynamic.
is there a way to calculate ongoing the b difference of distribution date vs response date at a day level then segment results of over/under 3 days as a count?

Hi Ron,
just following up on this, I am more keen to track the recorded date as a variance to the send date, ie:
send date 26/04/2022, recorded date 30/04/2022 would be 4 days variance so I track "4"
Is this possible?
From there I could apply a filter to over/under day count in the dashboard :)
