Hi Qualtrics,

I am wondering whether it is possible to have passing of filter parameter into scheduled Email Dashboard Export eg filter time frame, filter division or filter ethnicity group, etc?

Currently, you need to custom make a page with fixed filter on selected Division, selected ethnicity, selected time period, etc and then schedule the email dashboard export on it to  a list of recipients.

But you want to send this similar page to another group of users in another division, another ethnicity or another time period selected in the filter in the page. so, creating so many pages with similar information but different filter value do not make sense.

This is very manual process and making the page filter as parameter passing and integrating with email distribution, that would be great!!

If you include the role based restrictions based on metadata for each user from user admin tab. 

Post which the user will only receive data based on their restrictions automatically.

Thanks Deepak. role based restriction applied to Qualtrics registered users whereas we wanted to email distribute out to non-Qualtrics registered users as well. Also, if using role based, we probably need a lot of combination of roles created and managing it is another issue as different users wanted different time period or criteria  for different purpose. Do you have any screen shots/steps for this ?

i am in a similar situation. where looking to share reports for NON-QUaltrics users with restrictions applied. 

Can we use XM directory to store the detail eg, embeded data fields and use that?
