Within the healthcare space, we have surveys that focus on 2 target groups: Clients & Parents.

We ask both groups the same questions but from a different perspective.

In order to not have to create two separate pages in the cx dashboard for the same subject, we like to combine their questions on one page and let ‘target group’ be the divider.


The issue is that filter ‘target group’ is always set to ‘all’ when we open the cx dashboard page.

  1. Would it be possible to open the dashboard page with for instance ‘client’?
  2. Plus, only have the possibility to switch to ‘parents’? (so not be able to select both at the same time)
     

We don't want our customers to be able to view the page with no filter selection, in this case ‘all’.
We also don't want the customer to be able to combine both client and parents, we only want them to be able to select one over the other.

I know we can force to only select for instance client, but then we cannot switch to parent, so this is not the outcome we want.
