Response rates at an account level in CX dashboards | XM Community

Hello!

 

I'd like to report on response rates at an account level. For example, if we send the survey to participants from 4 different accounts, and at least 1 individual from 3 accounts replies to the survey, the account response rate would be 75%. 

While it is fairly straightforward to report on response rates per account (i.e., how many individuals from each account replied), I can't figure out how to set up a custom metric to calculate account level response rates.

@dbull , Try mapping the survey id is of each account with some common value in dashboarding mapping. Example, Create a field “Accounts” in dashboard mapping and map the survey id to the field. Then, if there are 4 surveys distributed from A account, map all 4 surveys to a common value say “Account 1” in dashboard mapping. Similary for all surveys from different accounts. Then Create a widget with Response rate as metric and Accounts as X Axis/Data series.
