Slider question data results not displaying: enable editing and configure widget

I have a slider question & data results not displaying: enable editing and configure widget. I have no idea how to resolve this so that I can analyze the data accurately. Search’s all direct users with the same issue to contact support, but I have a free account so this feature is unavailable to me.
