Hi! Is it possible to style CX Dashboards with CSS or with anything more than the theme options?

Unfortunately, no. There is no such option within Qualtrics to apply custom CSS in dashboard.
You can raise an idea to add this feature. This will help us to customize the vocalize dashboard as per need.
