So the bummer of Ticket Reporting is that you don't have the option to recode values like you do in the Dashboard reporting. Has anyone found a workaround to this? For example I had one team absorb into a new team. We want to display the data from the previous team in the new teams counts. How do you mesh the two together for Dashboard purposes?
Prior to having ticket reporting pages, we exported the tickets and then imported them to the regular dashboard as a static file. This might be a workaround for your issue.
