I want to see the % of tickets closed by ticket owners by month. I.e. Owner X with 2 tickets created during March and one of them already closed would show 50% under Mar 2023. 3 tickets created during April and 2 closed would show 67% under Apr 2023, etc.

I’ve set up the table widget with the count metric, ticket owner as the rows, createdAt date field as the columns, and a widget filter status to “closed”.

I can see the amount of tickets created per month per ticket owners using the value (default) metric count setting, but I can’t see what I want using the % metric settings.
