We have a couple of users who have access to Qualtrics with another Brand. When they log in they have the option to click on on each organization. However, when they click on our brand they are not able to log in. Same email address...
We are set up as a SSO, so I wasn't sure if that would make a difference.
Note: We do not want to be affiliated with these other organizations.
How can they login?? Is there a way?

I am not sure about the interplay of SSO on this, but what we have had to do is set up distinct usernames.
So: my email may be NotMyEmail @ Email.com but if I already have another account that is using my email as the username, we add something to the USERNAME
such as: NotMyEmail+CO @ Email.com
In both cases the EMAIL on the new user is the same (and therefore notifications and password resets correctly go to their email address) but the USERNAME (which only LOOKS like an email) is distinct and can be used.
Again, I am not sure how SSO plays into that, and whether they would have to change their username in the other Qualtrics instance instead if there is no flexibility in the SSO environment.
