My Qualtrics End Users is trying to know every Interactions of a single customer and their survey respond lead to what behavior. Is there a way to present the contact Timeline data contain of Transaction and Responses in Directory like this in Dashboard or some sort of it to save them the hassle of jumping around from Dashboard to Directories? Any walk around idea would be appreciated!

Don’t think this is possible, since we don’t have any API around fetching timeline of a contact otherwise we could have used this as event trigger to do this operation.

@Shashi I remember the event is about Customer Segment, Sub/Unsub, it doesn’t trigger with Transaction. Also, the event just got removed, the support link lead to nothing and I can’t find it in the workflow anymore. Is that right? @AlonsoC
