What is the difference between Finished 0 to 1 and Finished TRUE or FALSE? | XM Community

I want to add a filter to the dashboard to only show submitted responses. For the surveys/dashboards I did in the past this shows Finished = TRUE, but now when I add this field my option shows 0 to 1 and I don’t see anything to get the TRUE/FALSE option. Help please!

@SlyNick

If the value is 1 or True, it is fully complete. If the value is 0 or False, it is partially complete or incomplete, and the link has expired. Read more here or check the screenshot below. Therefore, for your dashboard filter, you can treat 0 as FALSE and 1 as TRUE. Both representations essentially convey the same information, just in different formats.

Thanks @Mannila, but how do I get the TRUE/FALSE data to show? I added a Survey Finished field to the funnel data in the dashboard settings and only have the option of adding Survey Finished 0 to 1 which is not what I want.

@SlyNick

After reviewing the Qualtrics support documentation, I discovered that the ‘Survey Finished’ field type is classified as a ‘Number Set’, where '1' indicates that the recipient completed the survey. You can find more information about this in the provided documentation or the screenshot below. You may need to change the field type for ‘Survey Finished’ if Qualtrics permits this modification. As I haven't used this feature myself, I can't offer additional insights. I hope this information is helpful.
