When I want to download the entire Dashboard of the PROMOS product, for example, I first go to the GPM RETAIL Dashboard->Detail Page-Yape promos, the information is downloaded in an Excel, but when I go to search for the survey question in the breakdown of this product and place filters gives me very few answers.
On the other hand, if I download the answers from “DATA AND ANALYSIS” directly from the YAPE-NPS-OTROS project, filtering by the “YAPE PROMOS” journey, we can see in the excel that the same question Q26 of the breakdown appears with 539 answers vs. 11 responses to what was mentioned above. We want to know why one base differs from the other, aren't they supposed to be fed from the same source and therefore have the same fields in every sense?}
Does anyone know why there are these differences?
