Hello team,

I have configured an engagement survey in test system. We are facing errors while testing the survey.

Errors are :

Too many failed log in attempts

The evaluation can no longer be completed.

Could you please advice.

We ran into this issue and it required us to clear the device cache we were using. You should also make sure your Anonymous link option is turned on for the survey. There have been at least two other users who have suffered this same issue:
