Hi everyone!About a month ago we set up our EX project, including all the roles and personalized data restrictions for each dashboard. But we’ve just noticed that those data restrictions have been ‘scrambled’ in Qualtrics - they don't look as we have set them up! Has this happened to anyone else? And if so, did you manage to fix it? We’ve already opened a ticket with Qualtrics, but the issue is quite urgent for us, so any insight would really help!

In my Employee engagement project,  I have to share the survey data and analysis tab with my colleague , but I want to hide Name, email, uniqueidentfier from the collaborator data view. How can this be done in EX platform for EE project?

Hi, I am not sure if anyone can help. I have a Lifecycle Offboarding survey, Qualtrics is also integrated with Success Factors to daily update automatically the EX Directory. In SAP SF - the business rule is configured for termination events with a Timing trigger for the Survey to be sent 21 days before Termination Date. When a New Event termination is added in SF SAP and has this timing, I can see the employee automatically populated in the Qualtrics Participants. Question: if  in SAP SF there are already termination events added before the Qualtrics solution goes live, but the employee termination date is in the next 21 days -- will those employees still get triggered and populated in Qualtrics Participants?My understanding of how this solution works is only when the New Termination event is added in SF SAP -- this is what triggers the business scenario. What is there is a change in the Termination Date? will those employees get picked up as some

I have a survey setup that uses our single sign on for authentication. We are able to pull in basic information like email and username for people that take the survey. All these people taking the survey are also in our employee directory so I am trying to see if there is a way once a user authenticates if we can then have the survey look at the employee directory and pull in more information like function, location etc.. I am trying to do this without having a participant list.

I’m sending out a survey in different languages, but we don’t know the preferred language of participants.  We’re therefore including all translations of the invite message in the one email, listed one after the other down the body of the email.  I’m trying to code in language links at the top of the email so the participant clicks on their language link and it takes them down to their chosen translation.  I’ve been trying to use the html coding as follows but it’s not working in the email received when testing. Anchor coding:  <a id=”German”> Dear name</a>Link coding: <a href=”#German”>Deutsche</a> Any ideas how to code this so it works in the email received?Thanks 

Hi *,we have here an EX directory were the users are unique based on the unique identifier.Now we have the case that the same person was uploaded with different unique identifier. We want to merge the two entries preserving all the data in the projects from both entries. As the merge functions semms only to be available in the XM dir, is there any solution to do this in an EX dir?Regards

Hi everyone,I’m currently working on building an Employee Experience (EX) program that includes an integration with SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF). Some of the data we need comes from Employee Central (EC), and for that, we’re using the native Qualtrics plug-in.However, we also need to bring in information from other SSFF modules (such as Benefits, Learning, etc.). I believe we might need to use the API integration for this, but I’m not completely sure if there are any risks or limitations with that approach — or if there’s a simpler way to achieve it.Has anyone here tried integrating these additional modules into Qualtrics before?I’d love to hear about your experience or any best practices for handling this type of setup.Thanks in advance!

Hi, allI’m building a survey that will be distributed to various teams across a couple of departments via an anonymous link. I want to build an org hierarchy with expected response numbers, and include a question where respondents select their level in the hierarchy.I want to create one hierarchy that contains several departments, and the survey link sent to teams will identify their department. When the hierarchy question is displayed, I’d like them to see only the levels within their department, not the whole hierarchy.How can I do this?Thanks

Hi all,we’are trying to clean up the EX mail history due to data privacy concerns from client side. We were pretty sure that in the past there was an option to do so and help still indicates that, but in the current instance there is nowhere an option to delete either a single distribution nor the complete list. Do we searching in the wrong place or is this not possible?Regards

I have to share Employee engagement data and analysis tab with my analytics group but I also want to make sure they dont see PII variable like participant email, name and some other meta data like employeeID etc. How can i do same in EX platform?

Hi All, We have a Business Unit in our org hierarchy where multiple teams, as individual teams, do not meet our anonymity threshold of 7, however combined they would. Without lowering the anonymity threshold, is there a way we can combine this data in the dashboard so that the tech managers highlighted can see a combined view of their results, that includes the Tech Manager who does meet the anonymity threshold (who is not highlighted)? I’ve tried doing this using the Dashboard users profile to restrict access by these teams, however the teams that don’t meet the threshold still don’t appear. (Image below shows this org hierarchy, I’ve just replaced the individuals names to protect confidentiality). 

I’m fairly new to Qualtrics and hoping maybe someone else has done something similar.  Is it possible to add a participant to a lifecycle project via a workflow from another source/ Qualtrics survey/ form?  Can someone provide detailed instructions in order to do so?Trying to build a workflow that would work something like the following:HR Manager enters an Employee ID # via Microsoft form or Qualtrics survey notifying of employee intent to term  Workflow immediately picks up Employee ID# from the form or survey and matches to Employee Directory (employees are already populated and do not need to be added) Participant is added to Termination survey (survey set up to email the participant as soon as added) in order to capture their feedback before last day of employment.

Hi, I would appreciate the community support if possible. I have created an Lifecycle Onboarding Survey that should be triggered using SAP Success Factors. I went through all the steps provided by SAP of how to perform the integration. https://help.sap.com/docs/successfactors-platform/integrating-sap-successfactors-with-qualtrics/integrating-sap-successfactors-with-qualtrics Also in Qualtrics I have the Survey Active; the ETL for Extract data from SF and Import Data in EX Directory is working; Metadata with UserId is there and I can see it in the EX Directory for user. I reached out to Qualtrics support -- just to clarify JSON and Workflows do not work for Lifecycle. I would appreciate support or guidance if you faced any similar issues ---

I am putting together our engagement survey dashboard and I would like to utilize the Engagement Summary widget. However, Qualtrics does not currently allow for the overall agreement average to show a decimal point, so the rounding is deceiving.  Does anyone have any tips or workaround for me?  For example, the larger number below is technically 87.9%, not 88%.  

Hi,I’ve set up several Dashboards and in all of them in e.g. the question list widget the question wordings will automatically shorted with “...” at the end. Is there a possibility to get rid of that automatism? There must be a solution because today I saw a dashboard, where even wordings in multiple lines (5 lines!) where completely displayed.Thx

Hello everybody, We are surveying new employees in their onboarding period with several surveys and we have build dashboards to keep track of the results. Every new employees receive a survey after the 1st week, and we also have other metadata fields to help us describe our sample (country, division, etc). We want to use that data for demographics purposes, e.g. to know how many new hires we had in a time period. Is there a way to track in the dashboard the number of people who have been added to this survey’s project? I would want to display how many people in total were added to the project, rather than the participation rate that shows how many people answered the survey. Thank you for the help!

Hi I would like to have a response rate table by relationship type.Same as the one that are possible with any metadata field, i tried with relationshipID since relationshipname is not an option, but the widget keeps breaking down.  Does anyone know a possible solution for this, or a way around? 

There is data (available somewhere) to support this but I can’t find it/have restricted access/something.My participants’ leaders want status reports that include Subject-identifier, how many nominations were sent and how many received by relationship-type.  See attached file for the desired display.I’ve been manipulating the exported data to create the following in excel but it should be possible within the 360-platform as all the information is available -- nominations sent is part of the upload/relationships of the subject-detail, and there’s even a widget-filter for “nominations sent” in the dashboard builder (that doesn’t work -- it only returns completed responses).  The # SENT data (used to initialize the 360-program) is from the upload files (we currently do not allow subjects to add/modify their evaluators)I would be forever grateful if someone out there has figured out how to do this inside Q-360.In dashboards, I can create parts of the c

Hi,we have a configured EX dashboard with several questions from the survey.When we now adding questions to the survey they do not show up in the dashboard (data).I know that I can add the new questions question by question in the data source tab.But is there maybe a more “elegant” way to update the dashboard data by refreshing it completely without messing up the whole dashboard??Thx

Hello!I have been using Qualtrics for many EX projects during the past years, and have always been involved with allocating dashboard permissions to users. This is the first time I experience the problem below:When I try to restrict the dashboard data for a user based on a filter (based on the company name, which is mapped as multi-answer in the dashboard), I can't find the company that I am searching for. I am sure that there are over 100 responses from that company (I can see them both in the dashboard and in stats IQ). And yes, I updated both the metadata and the invited counts recently. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you find a solution?Thank you! 

Hi everyone,Is there a way to add data sources or existing comparisons as a breakdown in a heatmap, so they are displayed directly in comparison to the overall total?My goal is not to view each data source as a separate comparison, but rather to show the general result with a breakdown by each data source.For example: display the overall total with a breakdown by Data Source, and see that values as columns: "Data Source 1", "Data Source 2", and "Data Source 3".Is it possible to configure it this way?Thanks in advance!

Hi Guys,I have a large survey going out right now where 10% of the respondents will be using a QR code to access the survey (through an anonymous link with an Authenticator). I want to be able to count the number of people who have used the QR Code in an EX widget somehow.I thought I could maybe use the Q_EE_ANON field and look for people who have it set to 1.Any thoughts on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.Scott
