I’m fairly new to Qualtrics and hoping maybe someone else has done something similar.  Is it possible to add a participant to a lifecycle project via a workflow from another source/ Qualtrics survey/ form?  Can someone provide detailed instructions in order to do so?Trying to build a workflow that would work something like the following:HR Manager enters an Employee ID # via Microsoft form or Qualtrics survey notifying of employee intent to term  Workflow immediately picks up Employee ID# from the form or survey and matches to Employee Directory (employees are already populated and do not need to be added) Participant is added to Termination survey (survey set up to email the participant as soon as added) in order to capture their feedback before last day of employment.

Hi,I’ve set up several Dashboards and in all of them in e.g. the question list widget the question wordings will automatically shorted with “...” at the end. Is there a possibility to get rid of that automatism? There must be a solution because today I saw a dashboard, where even wordings in multiple lines (5 lines!) where completely displayed.Thx

I am putting together our engagement survey dashboard and I would like to utilize the Engagement Summary widget. However, Qualtrics does not currently allow for the overall agreement average to show a decimal point, so the rounding is deceiving.  Does anyone have any tips or workaround for me?  For example, the larger number below is technically 87.9%, not 88%.  

Hello everybody, We are surveying new employees in their onboarding period with several surveys and we have build dashboards to keep track of the results. Every new employees receive a survey after the 1st week, and we also have other metadata fields to help us describe our sample (country, division, etc). We want to use that data for demographics purposes, e.g. to know how many new hires we had in a time period. Is there a way to track in the dashboard the number of people who have been added to this survey’s project? I would want to display how many people in total were added to the project, rather than the participation rate that shows how many people answered the survey. Thank you for the help!

Hi I would like to have a response rate table by relationship type.Same as the one that are possible with any metadata field, i tried with relationshipID since relationshipname is not an option, but the widget keeps breaking down.  Does anyone know a possible solution for this, or a way around? 

There is data (available somewhere) to support this but I can’t find it/have restricted access/something.My participants’ leaders want status reports that include Subject-identifier, how many nominations were sent and how many received by relationship-type.  See attached file for the desired display.I’ve been manipulating the exported data to create the following in excel but it should be possible within the 360-platform as all the information is available -- nominations sent is part of the upload/relationships of the subject-detail, and there’s even a widget-filter for “nominations sent” in the dashboard builder (that doesn’t work -- it only returns completed responses).  The # SENT data (used to initialize the 360-program) is from the upload files (we currently do not allow subjects to add/modify their evaluators)I would be forever grateful if someone out there has figured out how to do this inside Q-360.In dashboards, I can create parts of the chart with a page-filter of relationshi

Hi everyone,I’m currently working on building an Employee Experience (EX) program that includes an integration with SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF). Some of the data we need comes from Employee Central (EC), and for that, we’re using the native Qualtrics plug-in.However, we also need to bring in information from other SSFF modules (such as Benefits, Learning, etc.). I believe we might need to use the API integration for this, but I’m not completely sure if there are any risks or limitations with that approach — or if there’s a simpler way to achieve it.Has anyone here tried integrating these additional modules into Qualtrics before?I’d love to hear about your experience or any best practices for handling this type of setup.Thanks in advance!

Hi,we have a configured EX dashboard with several questions from the survey.When we now adding questions to the survey they do not show up in the dashboard (data).I know that I can add the new questions question by question in the data source tab.But is there maybe a more “elegant” way to update the dashboard data by refreshing it completely without messing up the whole dashboard??Thx

Hello!I have been using Qualtrics for many EX projects during the past years, and have always been involved with allocating dashboard permissions to users. This is the first time I experience the problem below:When I try to restrict the dashboard data for a user based on a filter (based on the company name, which is mapped as multi-answer in the dashboard), I can't find the company that I am searching for. I am sure that there are over 100 responses from that company (I can see them both in the dashboard and in stats IQ). And yes, I updated both the metadata and the invited counts recently. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you find a solution?Thank you! 

Hi everyone,Is there a way to add data sources or existing comparisons as a breakdown in a heatmap, so they are displayed directly in comparison to the overall total?My goal is not to view each data source as a separate comparison, but rather to show the general result with a breakdown by each data source.For example: display the overall total with a breakdown by Data Source, and see that values as columns: "Data Source 1", "Data Source 2", and "Data Source 3".Is it possible to configure it this way?Thanks in advance!

Hi Guys,I have a large survey going out right now where 10% of the respondents will be using a QR code to access the survey (through an anonymous link with an Authenticator). I want to be able to count the number of people who have used the QR Code in an EX widget somehow.I thought I could maybe use the Q_EE_ANON field and look for people who have it set to 1.Any thoughts on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.Scott

Does anyone have idea when will Qualtrics latest benchmarks will be delivered for engagement, what questions will be included and whether top 25% will be available for these?

If you activate Pseudonymization in EX, does each participant receive the same pseudonym in every survey? In other words, can we still do cross-project analysis, to have insights like “employees who give a negative rating on survey 1, also give in general a bad rating on survey 2” ?  And if you exempt certain surveys from the pseudonymization, then you probably cannot combine data from that survey with pseudonymized surveys?

Im creating a parent-child hierarchy but want to also add the Department (or Org unit id) to it. How it “should” work is as follows: Manger 1 Dept. 111Report 1 Dept 222Report of Report 1 222Report 2 Dept 333 Essentially the Org unit id can be nested. What ideally would happen is it would use Manager id - Employee id to generate the basic Parent - Child (which it does) but then annex the metadata field for each user departmentid which identifies their overall org (this is where it fails saying “Units with non unique Org unit ids values”.

Year over year employee engagement dashboards looks same, Do you have any suggestions, new functionalities you are including to make it more appealing, interactive.

Qualtrics Logging and Proxy Access Analysis of Qualtrics logs is adequate for auditing purposes. However, a manual correlation of timestamps is currently necessary to distinguish between activities performed by legitimate users and those conducted via proxy logins. This is a consequence of the system recording audit trails for standard user activity and proxy usage in distinct log files. Consolidation of this information into a unified log event file would significantly improve efficiency and facilitate more comprehensive analysis. We have created a Qualtrics ticket for the same and got a came to know that  this functionality is currently not available in the Qualtrics platform.  

I don’t understand why the EX response rate widget can’t be filtered by time. Makes no sense to me. It is showing response rate for the entire life of the survey. For ongoing surveys like onboarding and exit…seeing a response rate for the life of the survey is not helpful. My internal stakeholders want to know what our response rate was for a certain period of time (i.e. last quarter, last year, etc.) And, they want to see how response rates change over time, so we can evaluate distribution strategies, communication strategies, etc. They also want to be able to see if different populations have higher or lower response rates than others. I can filter the widget by all of my various metadata….but, again can’t see that over time. I’m having to spend all this extra time and energy manually calculating response rates outside of the Qualtrics platform. Hello Community,I am looking for a solution to restrict the hierarchy and participant list for admins within an engagement project.Background: We want to conduct a survey within the corporation, surveying different entities simultaneously within this project.Local HR personnel should have EX admin access to the project, but they should only be able to view and manage their own entity's employees in the participant tab, and similarly, they should only be able to view and manage their branch of the entire hierarchy.I am clear about the reporting in the dashboards through the roles tab; this inquiry pertains exclusively to participant management for admins within a project. Thank you.

Hello community,I would like to ask for your support in better understanding how dynamic benchmarks are generated in the tool from a technical perspective. Specifically, I have doubts about whether it is possible to generate them using a metadata field like "Business Unit" in lifecycle projects that do not have an active hierarchy.Is this something that can only be achieved through an organizational hierarchy? If so, it would limit its use exclusively to Engagement projects.Additionally, I would love to hear about the use cases you have implemented in similar situations. Any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

Has anyone had any issues with the self-reflection being available for some subjects, but not others? This is a relatively new problem we’ve come across, and it’s sadly really impacting our users’ ability to utilize their 360s. In the screenshot below you’ll see there’s no available self-reflection. I can verify that on the back end of things as well. Additionally, I verified that self-reflection is turned on within the project.  

Is anyone mapping historical data sources in Engagement projects using the team mapping as opposed to mapping trends by manager? If you are, I would love to hear any learnings from using that approach and if you found a way you could validate the trend accuracy? We’ve had a lot of movement within our organization lately, so I am determining if this feature is the right approach for more accurate trending for our upcoming engagement survey.

Hi *,setting:Survey with test responses. Try to update for the existing responses one exisiting open comment question with values. The import only with uniqueID and open questions was mapped and accepted by the system but at the end I get the message 0 of xxx are updated.I used the export of the data and shorten it to the two cols.Any ideas? Need more info?Thx
